Natalie + Raymond’s elopement at the Grove Redfield Estate was everything they wanted out of their wedding day. Intimacy, thoughtfulness and a relaxed environment. I’m obsessed with this intimate wedding venue and I love that Natalie + Raymond were able to reserve it for their elopement day.
When I arrived at the Grove Redfield Estate, I was so freaking excited to find these two in matching jumpsuits, exploring the property and spending the morning of their elopement with one another. The Grove Redfield Estate is such a cool venue because it has so many unique indoor and outdoor locations along with a covered patio that makes for such an amazing wedding experience. There was so much to see and explore, so to see them enjoying the time they had in this space for their elopement was so much fun.
Like many wedding couples do as a tradition on their wedding day, Natalie + Raymond decided to get ready separately. We went into one of the homes on the Grove Redfield Estate property and Natalie took the upstairs space while Raymond got ready in a different spot in the house. They wanted to have their first moment seeing each other dressed up and ready for their ceremony on the more intimate side, so I was able to document this moment from the balcony upstairs, and then gave them a moment before joining them to document the rest of their day.
When preparing for their wedding day, Natalie + Raymond let me know that they “want to always remember how happy we are when we see these photos. Somehow the universe brought us together and these moments are ours. It’s that magic that we want to experience together.” Knowing this, we worked to put together a timeline for the rest of their day that reflected the experience they hoped to have. Raymond wrote his vows the day of, they wanted to take their time having their marriage license signed, they read and recorded the audio of their vows for a wedding day slideshow. They knew they just wanted to spend the rest of their elopement day together, enjoying this time with one another, which is exactly what they did.
We celebrated their marriage with a first dance before wandering the Grove Redfield Estate taking wedding portraits of the newlyweds. I LOVED exploring the space with the two of them taking our time and enjoying their beautiful wedding day.
